At Goat, he leads a global marketing team spanning Brand, Demand, Product Marketing, and Content, bringing Gloat’s story to life for the enterprise. Previously, Ruslan served as CMO at Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington's health & well-being technology company, where he led marketing, strategic partnerships, and product integrations. Before Thrive, Ruslan spent nearly a decade at Google, where he was a global product expert for YouTube and co-founder of the Google BrandLab, a digital marketing accelerator that helped over 200 global brands across 4 continents transition their marketing strategies to digital .Ruslan began his career running consumer research at Kantar Retail for major CPG manufacturers and retailers. He is a Business Insider 30 under 30-recognized creative, a native Russian speaker, and a proud Dartmouth graduate (go Big Green!).
