Sabina Schneider

As Chief Solutions Officer for North America at Globant, Sabina Schneider oversees the creation of fast and dynamic technological solutions for some of Globant’s biggest customers across industries, from The Walt Disney Company to JPMC to Credit Suisse. Her multifaceted approach to building solutions combines technology, design, data, and culture to not only meet but exceed client expectations. Sabina focuses on delivering transformation programs by breaking down big business challenges into actionable elements to help achieve a shorter time to market with continuous delivery. Coming from a hard-skill career background in big data and backend scalable platforms, Sabina joined Globant when it was a startup of 20 people. In Globant’s Studios, she worked with a diverse team to develop smart corporate products incorporating machine learning, artificial intelligence, and image processing to provide long-term value. Since joining the company, Sabina has served in roles including Java Developer, Tech Lead, SVP of Technology, and Chief Solutions Officer for Latin America, before starting in her current role. Prior to joining Globant, Sabina also obtained a postgraduate degree from the National Technological University in Argentina for computer science and engineering, and in TU Ilmenau, Germany for intelligent automation and robot vision.
