Sanjay Srivastava

Sanjay Srivastava is the Founder and CEO of Vocareum, a platform that enables hands-on learning through secure virtual labs and cloud sandboxes.An entrepreneur with roots in semiconductor design, he co-founded Denali Software and led it to a $315M acquisition by Cadence Design Systems, where he later served as SVP of R&D. He founded Vocareum in 2012 with a clear focus on making experiential learning accessible, safe, and scalable.Under his leadership, Vocareum has supported programs such as AWS Academy and helped deliver real-world cloud learning to more than 2 million learners. More recently, his work has focused on how AI can personalize education at scale, including AI tutors and knowledge-graph approaches that model learner progress, with implementations such as UC San Diego’s GPS program.He is also Chairman of SKS Capital and holds degrees from IIT and the University of Illinois.
