Sasha Rabkin

Sasha Rabkin is a Mission Driven, Social Justice and Racial Equity Innovation Executive with over 25 years in and around public education. Sasha has been President of Equal Opportunity Schools for 3 years. Prior to his role as President, Sasha served as Chief Program Officer leading the design, development and scale of the EOS program model from 25 schools to over 350 schools. This exponential scale included the development of a revenue model that sustains over 70% of the EOS annual budget.For over eleven years, Sasha served as Director of School and Family Programs at the Institute for Community Leadership where he managed community based social justice leadership interventions with schools and families. Prior to this, Sasha spent three years at the Washington State Office of Superintendent of Public Instructions where he managed statewide youth leadership and service learning programs.Sasha has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Redlands, where he also served as student body president. He completed his Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Change from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA.
