Shawna Erdmann

Shawna Erdmann was the senior vice president of talent and learning for Comcast Cable and was responsible for talent acquisition, career growth, talent management, and learning and development. Committed to building a skill-centric, business-focused organization at Comcast, Shawna worked to create a consistent experience for employees from the time they apply for a role, through onboarding, learning and career development, and movement throughout the company. Shawna has a background in education and her passion for learning led her to business where she drove strategy in the creation of impactful leadership, learning, and training solutions for Fortune 50 companies including Cisco, Apple, Intel, and Liberty Mutual, serving as their Chief Talent and Learning Officer prior to her tenure at Comcast. A California native and mom of four, Shawna enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her kids’ schools, gardening, and cheering on her kids in their sports and activities.
