Sibley Nebergall

Sibley Nebergall (Lovett) is a Partner in Boston Consulting Group’s Boston office. She is a leader in BCG’s Education, Employment, and Welfare and People & Organization practices, with a particular focus on how to address talent and skills gaps through multi-sector collaborations. She also leads BCG’s work at the intersection of education and climate, including the workforce implications of the green energy transition. Prior to BCG, she worked as a high school teacher at YES Prep Public Schools and as Teach for America corps member. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA from Princeton University.
