Stephanie Reisner

Stephanie Reisner is a recognized nonprofit executive and human resources leader celebrated for pioneering innovative work-based learning models that bridge the gap between education and industry. As the President and CEO of GPS Education Partners, she has helped transform career pathways for over 10,000 students, while building partnerships with hundreds of businesses, schools, and community organizations nationwide.

Stephanie’s professional journey spans over 30 years in human resources, organizational development, and nonprofit leadership. She previously served for 16 years at Generac Power Systems, culminating in her role as Vice President of Human Resources. It was there that she helped launch the “Second Chance” program in 2000, an educational initiative that connected disengaged students with technical career opportunities. Under her visionary leadership, the program evolved into an independent nonprofit, GPS Education Partners, which grew from a local pilot into a national leader in work-based learning solutions and youth apprenticeship programs.
