Stephanie Soscia

Stephanie Soscia leads Packback’s Enterprise Sales and Account Management teams, as the General Manager of Institution Partnerships. Stephanie has over 10 years of experience with education technology and services companies. Her experience spans the entire student to alumni lifecycle, including enrollment management, online program management, student success, teaching and learning technologies, career services, and advancement services. Prior to joining Packback in December 2020, she was the General Manager of Career Services and Alumni Continuing Education Programs at Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL). Three years earlier, she started at RNL as the SVP of Account Management for Fundraising and Enrollment Management services. Prior to RNL, Stephanie was VP of Business Development at Pearson Online Program Management, and VP of Client Engagement at Full Measure Education. She began her career in education at Blackboard working in various roles across student services and the LMS division, most notably working with some of Blackboard’s most strategic clients. Prior to starting a career in education, Stephanie held roles in marketing and call center management in the internet and telecommunications industry.
