Stephanie Tsales is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at InStride, where she drives the strategy and execution of a global academic partner ecosystem designed to deliver workforce-aligned, outcomes-driven education at scale. With more than 25 years of experience shaping online higher education and institutional partnerships, she has been at the forefront of connecting universities and employers to create learning pathways that translate directly into career mobility. Prior to joining InStride, she was a founding member of the Deltak OPM and spent over 16 years at Wiley Education Services launching and growing a diverse portfolio of academic partnerships. She is a recognized voice in workforce education, known for reimagining how higher education and industry collaborate to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving economy.
