Susan Gouijnstook

Susan Gouijnstook is the chief solutions officer at JFF. She is building and scaling JFF’s Solutions Group and overseeing the successful delivery of impact-generating programs and initiatives aligned with JFF’s strategic goals and objectives. Her skills and areas of expertise include: innovation strategy, product management, new product launches, and leadership. Before joining JFF, Gouijnstook was senior vice president of innovation strategy, product management, and program management for McGraw Hill’s Higher Education portfolio. She directed strategy, product road map, market research, and program management for the education publisher.
