Suzanne Dove, PhD, is Assistant Vice President for Strategy and Innovation at Bentley University. In this role, she partners with leaders and faculty to design and validate new educational offerings and develop innovative models. As founding executive director of Bentley’s Badavas Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning, Suzanne leads transformational change toward a culture of purposeful experimentation and organizational learning. Her administrative accomplishments include scalable programs and partnerships as well as essential strategic transformation enablers such as enterprise learning technology initiatives, learning space design and faculty teaching and learning excellence programs. In addition to Suzanne’s experience as an educator in top business schools, she spent 10 years in management consulting roles with multilateral organizations such as The World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank and U.S. federal government. With a unique combination of business education and government consulting experience in global contexts, Suzanne is passionate about the private sector’s role in tackling societal issues while supporting socioeconomic mobility. A common thread throughout her work is a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and cross-cultural competence. She has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences and workshops and co-authored a book on well-being, Well in the Lead: An Academic Leader’s Companion.
