With extensive experience in managing customer-centric sales teams at Microsoft and other Fortune 200 companies, Todd emphasizes the importance of understanding and fulfilling customer needs. Under his leadership, Microsoft's skilling initiatives ensure that all stakeholders are equipped to deliver outstanding outcomes, fostering long-term partnerships and growth. Previously, Todd led the Microsoft Sales Academy, recruiting and mentoring individuals from non-traditional backgrounds for corporate sales roles, thereby strengthening Microsoft's workforce. He is also passionate about community engagement, founding Nana’s Southern Kitchen in Kent, WA, which hires individuals from diverse backgrounds and supports their success. This mirrors his professional mission of empowering others. Before Microsoft, Todd served on the Chamber of Commerce for Kent, WA, and continues to serve on an independent investigative team examining police use of deadly force. His greatest ambition is to be the best father to his five children and to empower others to achieve more, creating a brighter future for all.
