In Todd’s previous role leading the Microsoft Sales Academy, he pioneered a program designed to recruit, train, and mentor individuals from non-traditional backgrounds for corporate sales roles. By investing in diverse talent, Microsoft not only strengthened its workforce but also broadened its capacity to serve a wider range of customers effectively. Beyond Todd’s professional endeavors, he is deeply passionate about community engagement. Todd founded Nana’s Southern Kitchen of Kent, WA, a family restaurant that serves as a place where anyone can find purpose and thrive. Nana’s prioritizes hiring individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing them with the support and opportunities they need to succeed. This commitment to community mirrors Todd’s professional mission of empowering others to achieve their full potential. Prior to Microsoft, Todd served as a board member on the Chamber of Commerce for the city of Kent, WA. He continues to serve the community as a representative on an independent investigative team that examines the use of deadly force by police. Todd remains steadfast in his commitment to causes that drive positive change within the community. Ultimately, Todd’s greatest ambition is to be the best father to his five children and to empower others to achieve more, creating a brighter future for all.
