Tracey Grimshaw

An accomplished human resources, talent, and organizational effectiveness leader, Tracey has over 25 years of experience driving transformation and growth across a range of industries and organizations. In 2024, Tracey joined Copeland, a newly standalone global climate technologies leader, to start-up and lead their global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Center of Expertise. In this role, Tracey oversees the people strategy, talent acquisition & development, performance & succession, employee experience, inclusion & belonging, and Copeland’s social responsibility program. Tracey has held senior HR leadership positions at Mercy (top 25 US healthcare system), Belden, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Newell Brands, and Coca-Cola Enterprises. In these positions, Tracey has played a pivotal role in transformation, partnering with business leaders across functions to build culture and capability, implement change, and drive performance improvement. Originally from Canada, Tracey lives in St Louis, MO with her husband, daughter, and two dogs – Hazel and Stanley. In her spare time, you will find Tracey on her bike, hiking, or reading a good book.
