Veronica Li is Head of North America for Primavera Capital Group, a global, diversified investment firm managing approximately $20bn AUM across venture capital, private equity, and credit strategies. Veronica focuses on investments in education, healthcare, and technology and was a founding member of Primavera’s first venture fund. Within the education sector, she currently sits on the board of Spring Education, the largest private K-12 school network in North America, and The Princeton Review, one of the most well-known brands in education providing high quality tutoring, test prep and other educational resources to millions of students each year. Prior to joining Primavera, Veronica founded an education technology startup that provided STEM curriculum to tens of thousands of teachers across school districts throughout China. She began her career at Stride Learning on the school development team helping to open charter schools across the US. Veronica received her B.A. and M.A. from Stanford University on a full scholarship.
