Vivek Sinha, Founder and CEO of Emversity, is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator with 17 years of experience, including a decade in CXO roles in consumer internet businesses. At Emversity, a training & recruitment platform for grey-collared workers, Vivek aims to address the skilled workforce gap across the globe by creating high-quality and consistent talent supply from India through employability-focused training programs. Previously, Vivek was the Group COO at Unacademy, a $3.4B EdTech unicorn backed by Temasek, SoftBank, Tiger Global, Sequoia and others, where he led Test Prep, Upskilling, and K12 verticals, managing 8,000 team members, including 3,000 educators. At OYO, Vivek led their luxury hotel business under Mountania, a JV with SoftBank, driving growth and innovation in premium hospitality. He also founded Buildzar in 2014, India’s first construction-tech platform, raising $5M in seed funding.
