Zach Paz

As Executive Vice President of Product and Chief Operating Officer, Zach oversees the strategic direction and operational execution of Gray DI’s entire suite of offerings. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has been a key architect of Gray DI’s data analytics capabilities, integrating over a dozen industry and proprietary sources into the market's most comprehensive analytical tool for education leaders.

With over 15 years of cross-functional experience, Zach’s expertise spans marketing, finance, operations, and program strategy. This multifaceted background allows him to bridge the gap between complex data science and actionable institutional growth. Zach is a leading advocate for """"Data-Informed Decision-making""""—the idea that each institution is different and must look beyond raw enrollment numbers to understand the intersection of its students’ aspirations, labor market demand, academic mission, and financial sustainability.

Zach is an alumnus of the Harvard Executive Leadership Program in Business Analytics and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Corporate Finance & Accounting and Global Perspectives from Bentley University.
