Zemina Hasham is the Chief Customer Officer at Turnitin. Zemina leads the strategy for our customer onboarding, technical support and customer engagement. In this role, Zemina ensures customers are ready to fully utilise Turnitin’s products and solutions, helps customers grow adoption and leads the service strategy when customers need assistance. Zemina is driven by understanding the customer experience industry and technologies that create a strong customer engagement strategy. Zemina’s passion for working with customers comes from seeing educators successfully use technology to improve student learning. Zemina has a deep background in education technology spanning two decades. She led both pre-sales and post-sales functions for a global customer base at both Elluminate and Blackboard. Zemina has built and run large teams of solutions engineers, trainers, consultants, customer success managers, and technical support staff. Zemina holds a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Science, and a Master of Science in Mathematics from the University of Calgary.
