
Zoe Weintraub Barrett is the Vice President of Public Partnerships at Guild, where she leads workforce development strategy and partnerships with state and local governments to advance Guild’s mission of unlocking opportunity for America’s workforce. A foundational member of Guild since 2016, Zoe has designed education and career mobility programs for leading employers including Walmart, Target, Lowe’s, Waste Management, and Hilton. She helped develop the industry-shifting “tuition-free” education model and inclusive policy standards, and recently pioneered a consortium funding approach to expand upskilling and career pathways for Team USA athletes. Before Guild, Zoe worked in early-stage startups and founded a job platform for the hourly workforce focused on transparency in the hiring process. She has led business development and strategy teams at venture-backed companies in Silicon Valley, including WePay.Zoe graduated on full academic scholarship from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Digital Studies and Entrepreneurship.
