In this session, we will overview various components of wrap around programming at Liberty, examine how the school coordinates and funds different services, and explore how Liberty leverages partners to create a robust system of community supports. The session will address both highlights and challenges of bringing to life a model of community outreach and low-cost wrap around programming.
