Disruption through Collaboration: Lessons of a shared Journey in Digital Transformation

In the context of accelerated technological developments and emerging business models in EdTech, the leading private universities in Mexico decided to collaborate and create the Center of Excellence for Digital Transformation in Education and the vision to provide high-quality education that expands its offerings to new segments (lower-income population, up-skilling, lifelong learning, etc.) at a competitive cost through the use of technology and novel business and operating models. This collaboration framework could serve as a blueprint for Digital Transformation in Higher Education in other geographies.
