Learning models designed to enable deep development of agency-driven, 21st century competencies cannot take root through the use of rules-and-compliance-driven 20th century change processes or traditional notions of scaling and adoption. The contradiction is fatal. In this interactive discussion session, national leaders will explore the notion of “innodoption” – approaches to change that are driven by the conviction that the adults must experience the same kinds of enabling, agency-driven professional culture that are being envisioned for students. What does it look like when the change processes themselves reflect the goals and strategies of the learning model? Come, dive into the discussion, and help to construct next gen change management for public education.
