Larry Berger is the CEO of Amplify, a Brooklyn-based education company he co-founded (previously Wireless Generation) in 2000. He has led the invention of mobile software to help early reading teachers and next-generation English, math, and science curricula for elementary and secondary schools. He has published widely on education and educational entrepreneurship and has served as a co-investigator on several federally funded research grants.
Russlynn Ali is the CEO and Co-Founder of the XQ Institute and Managing Director of the Education Fund at Emerson Collective. She previously served as assistant secretary of education for civil rights during the Obama administration and has held leadership roles across education, philanthropy, and policy, helping to advance equity and innovation in U.S. education.
