Why Education is Vital to Tackling the Climate Crisis

Educational institutions are critical to addressing the climate crisis, in three basic ways: 1) raising awareness and empowering individuals to drive change through climate literacy; 2) preparing students and workers for the green jobs of the future; 3) improving nationwide resilience in response to climate change. Speaker/panelists will explore how educational institutions can play a leading role in mitigating and adapting to the impacts of climate change.
