Adriana Bokel Herde

Adriana oversees people strategy and operations at Risepoint, including the candidate and employee lifecycle experience.
Adriana previously served as Chief People Officer at Synk, Pegasystems and People Doc. She also held talent-related roles in the Biotech and Clinical Consulting industries in several countries.
As the daughter of a teacher, she learned early that education is a driving force of personal and societal progress. It has the potential to create a more equitable, prosperous, and sustainable world.
Adriana holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Fielding, a Master of Arts in Adult Educational Psychology and Educational Psychology from Ludwig-Maximillian’s Universität München, and a Clinical Psychology Master of Arts degree from Pontificia Universidade Catolica in Rio de Janeiro, which included a 2-year exchange program with UCLA. She is currently pursuing her PhD.
