For over 20 years, Amanda Willard has been a respected Human Resources leader, with a specific focus on Talent Acquisition Leadership Development and Workforce Development. Her teams have pioneered innovative Talent Acquisition practices such as alumni campaigns, competitive search engine optimization (SEO) marketing, and pre-pandemic video interviewing. Throughout her career, Amanda has been recognized for her ability to build and lead high-caliber teams at prestigious organizations like J.P. Morgan Chase, T-Mobile, and Amazon. In her current role at Amazon, her team is developing forward-thinking workforce strategies to support the current and future needs of the Global Reliability Engineering Maintenance (RME) team. In addition to her extensive experience as a Human Resource leader, Amanda has earned her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, along with a bachelor’s degree in communication and an MBA. She has also been a featured speaker at industry events, including the SHRM National Convention, LinkedIn Talent Connect, and Talent Board Conferences. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amanda is passionate about community engagement. She has collaborated with Talent Acquisition Leaders nationwide and the Hire Opportunity Coalition to develop new programs that create meaningful career pathways for Opportunity Youth.

Outside the office, Amanda cherishes family time with her husband and daughter, often gathering around the table for their current favorite game, Exploding Kittens. Her love for outdoor adventures is matched only by her newfound passion for dog training—a hobby that led her mini-Goldendoodle, Penny, to achieve the prestigious Expert Trick-Dog Title.
