Antoinette oversees Murmuration’s human capital strategy, performance management, talent acquisition, HR, DEIB, culture, and professional development processes. She has extensive expertise in the education and tech sectors and an expansive track record of driving innovative HR strategy and developing and supporting cultures of performance and learning. Previously, Antoinette began her career as a kindergarten teacher in the NYCDOE and held multiple leadership roles at Relay Graduate School of Education where she helped grow and scale the organization nationwide. Currently, Antoinette serves as a member of the Emtrain HR Advisory Council, ASU/GSV Workforce Insights Board and the Prospect Schools Board. Antoinette received her M.P.A from New York University, a M.S.T in Early Childhood from Pace University and a B.A in History and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. She also holds coaching certifications from Columbia University and iPEC.
