Dr. Karie Willyerd is Head of Strategic Customer Engagements for GP Strategies, drawing on experience as a six-time CLO and senior leader in learning, workforce development, and AI readiness. She previously served as CLO for Visa, led SAP’s Global Education business, and was Workplace Futurist at SuccessFactors. A cofounder and former CEO of Jambok, she is the only CLO to take two companies to ATD’s #1 global ranking. Karie coauthored The 2020 Workplace, writes the “Last Word” column for Training Magazine, and is a Fellow at Harvard’s Learning Innovation Lab. She advises ed-tech startups and holds a doctorate from Case Western Reserve University. Her most recent book, Stretch: How to Future Proof Yourself for Tomorrow’s Workplace, was selected as an Amazon Editor’s Pick in Business and Leadership. ATD recognized her with its Distinguished Contribution to Talent Development Award in 2017.
