Eva Sage-Gavin is a board director, advisor, and former Senior Managing Director of Talent & Organization at Accenture, where she worked with global clients to harness digital technologies, redesign work, and unlock human potential. She has held senior Chief Human Resources Officer and C-suite leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, The Walt Disney Company, Gap Inc., Sun Microsystems, and Xerox Corporation.

She serves on multiple boards and advisory councils, including the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s Board on Human-Systems Integration, the Stanford Center on Longevity, and the Michelle R. Clayman Institute for Gender Research. She previously served as Vice Chair of Upskill America at the Aspen Institute. She is also Executive-in-Residence at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and serves on the boards or advisory councils of Santa Clara University’s Corporate Board Ready Program and the Innovation Resource Center for HR.

She has served on compensation committees of public technology company boards and currently chairs the Bay Area chapter of Women Corporate Directors. Her work focuses on board governance, workforce transformation, and advancing lifelong learning to support longer lives and more dynamic career pathways for the 100-year New Map of Life
