Joshua Allen, Ph.D., leads Learning at Walmart, overseeing what is likely the world’s largest private upskilling initiative. Having previously led the selection and assessment team at Walmart, he has dedicated his career to making a meaningful difference in the way associates work at the nation’s largest private employer. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and is passionate about the role of AI in shaping how organizations are structured and how employees learn, grow, and thrive at work.
