Lina Bankert is a Partner with the Boston Consulting Group and a leader in the Education, Employment, and Welfare practice. Her work sits at the intersection of K-12 and postsecondary education and workforce, and has included strategic planning, market analysis, performance and sustainability improvement, organization design, talent pipeline development, and stakeholder engagement and facilitation. She has supported numerous state agencies, school districts, foundations and intermediaries, community collaboratives, and corporations through the design, development, and implementation of transformative initiatives.
Prior to BCG, Lina was a Partner with Bellwether Education Partners and co-led the Strategic Advising Practice Area as an expert in K-20 education. Lina also has a decade of experience in management consulting and investment banking, both as a generalist and as a specialist in the Education and Knowledge Services sectors. Lina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a certificate in finance from Princeton University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
