Before her current role, Melissa served as Chief People Officer at Rosetta Stone, where she played a key role in establishing and supporting international operations. She led global talent strategy and end-to-end employee lifecycle management and was a strategic partner in several cross-border mergers and acquisitions helping to guide workforce integration, cultural alignment, and organizational design during periods of significant change.
Melissa holds a B.S. in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University. She is deeply passionate about cultivating inclusive, values-driven, remote-first cultures that empower people and accelerate business outcomes.
