Melissa Yates May is a seasoned executive with extensive expertise in organizational strategy, talent development, and cross-functional leadership. As Chief People Officer, she is dedicated to aligning people, culture, and business strategy to drive sustainable growth and innovation. Known for her ability to lead through transformation, Melissa partners closely with executive teams to foster inclusive leadership and build resilient, purpose-driven organizations.

Before her current role, Melissa served as Chief People Officer at Rosetta Stone, where she played a key role in establishing and supporting international operations. She led global talent strategy and end-to-end employee lifecycle management and was a strategic partner in several cross-border mergers and acquisitions helping to guide workforce integration, cultural alignment, and organizational design during periods of significant change.

Melissa holds a B.S. in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University. She is deeply passionate about cultivating inclusive, values-driven, remote-first cultures that empower people and accelerate business outcomes.
