Rob Hampton
Global Head of Talent Development, Morgan Stanley
Rob Hampton is a Managing Director, and Global Head of Talent Development for Morgan Stanley where he oversees Leadership Development, Performance and Talent Management, and Talent Development Services. Rob joined Morgan Stanley in 2007 as a Business Partner in Chicago, with the Wealth Management Business. He subsequently supported the Investment Strategy and Solutions group while based in New York. In 2011 Rob relocated to Los Angeles where he continued to support Wealth Management in various HR leadership roles, most recently as the Head of Human Resources for Wealth Management, Field Management. Rob received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Michigan State University, in East Lansing Michigan. He lives in Sierra Madre, California with his wife Kendra, and three sons, Max, Frank and Will.
