Rochana Golani is a senior executive on the Learning & Enablement team at Databricks, a leader in Data and AI. She leads global programs across internal teams, partners, customers, and the broader user community—driving scalable, measurable outcomes and championing data fluency across organizations. At Databricks, Rochana is at the forefront of reimagining enablement through AI-powered learning—leveraging intelligent systems to deliver personalized, scalable, and outcomes-driven education. From AI-driven coaching to dynamic learning paths and adaptive content delivery, she is transforming how technical teams and customers upskill in real time. This approach has resulted in significantly higher engagement, reduced time-to-value, and accelerated field productivity. With more than 30 years of experience, Rochana operates at the intersection of emerging technologies and human capability. Her past roles include Managing Director of Learning Services at Google Cloud, where she built programs that reached millions of developers and earned multiple awards for innovation. She has also held senior enablement leadership roles at AWS and VMware. Rochana is also a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, inclusive leadership, and expanding representation across the tech industry. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.
