Swati Sharma

Swati Sharma is a globally recognized executive with over two decades of experience driving strategic growth, innovation, and digital transformation across industries. Currently serving as Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Accenture LearnVantage, she leads global expansion, ecosystem partnerships, and investment strategy, delivering consistent double-digit growth across Americas and global markets for Accenture LearnVantage $1B investment. Over the past few years, Swati has built three successful businesses for Accenture: Cloudfirst, Supply Chain Managed Services, and LearnVantage. These ventures reflect her exceptional ability to identify market opportunities, develop scalable platforms, and execute with precision. Her leadership in launching and scaling these businesses has positioned Accenture at the forefront of cloud innovation, supply chain transformation, and most recently in Enterprise digital learning. She also serves as board member in several companies across USA, Europe and India. Swati has held multiple senior leadership roles at Accenture, including Managing Director for Cloud Innovation and Supply Chain Transformation. She pioneered the development and global rollout of the myNAV cloud platform, led the SynOps-based supply chain modernization agenda, and built sustainable IT practices in partnership with hyperscalers and academic institutions. Her innovation leadership includes setting up world-class labs in Bengaluru and Kuala Lumpur, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and delivering pilots in AI, Blockchain, IoT, and cloud migration. Swati has authored publications on sovereign cloud and supply chain transformation and holds more than 30 patents in AI-based cloud insights. Swati is a trusted advisor to boards, startups, and global clients, known for her ability to translate strategy into execution, scale platforms, and build high-impact ecosystems. She holds a master’s degree in system design from MIT Sloan and a BE in Electrical Engineering from CCS University. She is based out of Bangalore, India however is a global citizen given her work.
