How to Meet District Expectations for Academic ROI

When budgets are tight and demands are high, staying focused on long-term purchasing strategy can become more difficult for administrators. But that doesn’t have to be the case. In this session, we’ll explore the key findings of our multi-year reporting project on strategic district resourcing and home in on the approaches that are both rooted in driving academic ROI and poised to be the most helpful over the next few years. With support from the Gates Foundation, we’ve explored everything from improving pilot programs and vendor contracts to demystifying central office structures and internal district silos.
