With, Not To: A Trailblazer Story is a short video feature about Dr. Kelly Withers, Superintendent of Rowan-Salisbury Schools in North Carolina and the inaugural recipient of the Transcend Trailblazer Award, which celebrates district leaders who are changing the way we do school.

Trailblazers unite the people schools serve — educators, families, and young people — with experts in learning and school design. Together, at the same table, they empower communities to build schools where all young people can thrive and change the world.

Dr. Withers embodies what it means to lead this kind of transformation.
