Whole Human Upskilling through On-Demand/AI Powered Simulation

How do (mostly) online and hybrid learning delivery models leverage emerging technology to increase access and success for nontraditional, working, and military (NWM) learners? The Research, Innovation, and Strategy in Education Collaborative (RISE Lab) and Relativ.ai established an innovative partnership to explore answers to this question using Relativ’s laptop/handheld accessible AI-driven Agent for Realistic Interaction & Analysis (ARIA). In serving the NU Career Services team, the Lab and Relativ set out to explore how ARIA could help to build job interview skills and communication confidence for NWM learners who desired customized services.
