Hallmarks of Excellence in Credential and Skills Innovation: Unlocking Pathways to Opportunity

Learners today face unsettling economic realities. In today’s everchanging workforce, talent is everywhere, and opportunity is not always obvious. That’s why it’s critical to accelerate efforts in digital credentialing practices to ensure that every student is equipped with skills, credentials, and the insights to understand how their talent aligns to the job marketplace. To thrive and receive the support they need, we will show students how skills in context can provide a line-of-sight that reveals pathways to opportunity. 

During this session, leaders from the WGU Achievement Wallet initiative and Credential Engine will conduct a live demonstration of the Achievement Wallet platform and highlight its alignments to the Credential Registry. They will share their experience working with a wide collective of partners in designing, developing, and deploying the Achievement Wallet. Join them as they share lessons learned in their efforts to empower learners in a new era of alternative credentialing.
