Consumer engagement with edtech solutions spiked during the pandemic, but has normalized in recent years. We discuss the trends supporting consumer engagement in edtech such as gamification, AI-supported student solutions (tutors, chatbots, etc.), and what consumers will want from their learning pathways over the next decade.
