Anton Pavlovsky is the Founder & CEO of Headway, a Ukrainian EdTech startup with offices in London, Kyiv, Warsaw, and Nicosia. From a 3-person startup in 2019, Headway has grown into a team of 170+ people in four years. Its flagship product, the Headway app, helps over 15M users in 140+ countries to make self-growth a sustainable habit, feel motivated, and learn. Anton is a serial entrepreneur. Before Headway, he launched a startup in the social discovery space and, as the CPO, built an embryonic startup into the #1 in its sector.  While launching Headway, which enables busy adults to obtain more knowledge in less time, Anton gained countless practical insights on productivity, time management, and life-long learning strategies. Anton's expertise also encompasses creating and scaling startups, developing digital products, building a solid corporate culture, and business continuity planning. In 2023 Headway was included in the GSV 150, a list of the world's most transformative digital learning and workforce skills companies.
