Jeff is the VP of Insights and Impact at Gloat the world's leading pioneer in talent marketplaces and workforce intelligence. He is the author of WORK DISRUPTED (Wiley, 2021) and co-author of the forthcoming book: Workforce Ecosystems — Reaching Strategic Goals with People, Partners, and Technologies (MIT Press, April 2023). Jeff is an adjunct professor at Columbia \ Business School where he teaches courses on strategy and leadership and the future of work to MBA students and executive education. Prior to joining Gloat, Schwartz was a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP for 20 years, most recently as the U.S. Leader for the future of work and as a senior partner in the firm’s Global Human Capital executive since 2003. Schwartz was the founding editor and principal author of Deloitte’s global human capital trends report since 2011 and the co-founder of Catalyst Tel Aviv, Deloitte’s first global innovation tech hub. Jeff was a visiting lecturer at CornellTech’s MBA program in 2021 and a research affiliate at the Center for Collective Intelligence at the Sloan School at MIT.
