Lisa Lang is the Vice President of Talent & Organization Americas at Siemens, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience with international companies in talent management, learning and development, business excellence, and workforce strategy. In her current role, she leads the talent and growth strategy across the Americas, driving a culture of continuous development and transformation. She is also a member of a global leadership team shaping the talent strategy for its 230,000 employees worldwide. Lisa has served as a subject matter expert to Siemens US CEO Barbara Humpton and has advised Fortune 100 CEOs, governors, and nonprofit leaders as part of the 25-member Federal Workforce Policy Advisory Board. She holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clemson University. An avid long-distance runner, Lisa has participated in marathons in cities such as New York, Chicago, Toronto, and Washington, D.C. She lives in Winter Park, Florida, with her husband and children.
