In the current labor market, employees and employers are more and more using alternative credentials and certifications as a way to measure skills and fill their pipelines. While the demand for certifications is high, not all the industry verticals are as interesting for institutions and companies trying to surf this wave. Additionally, not every employer is hiring only based on certifications and credentials. In this session, we will discuss what jobs and occupations are in most demand of certifications, what employers are actually accepting them when hiring, and hear from certification organizations on best practices and learnings as they have explored this space
