Ernesto Pagano

Ernesto is a Managing Director and Partner at BCG, he leads the Media practice globally and is a core member of the firm’s education and training practice. Throughout his BCG career, he has led various market studies, growth strategy engagements and optimization projects in education & training, with a focus on professional advancement / upskilling / training / online learning. Prior to joining BCG, Ernesto was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch in London and Hong Kong, where he worked as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team.
