Monica Vinuales

Monica Vinuales is a Principal in BCG's Brooklyn office and a core member of the Education, Employment & Welfare practice. She has deep experience in strategy projects with a focus on Higher Education, EdTech and workforce topics. Throughout her BCG career, Monica has worked in a wide range of projects, including product strategy, product development, M&A market studies, and post-merger integrations, for various edtech players. Prior to BCG, Monica worked as a Summer Data Analyst at the NYC Department of Education and as a Project Assistant for the Center for Public Research and Leadership, where she supported education policy efforts.
